Children should arrive on site by 8.45am each morning. Classroom doors open at this time and children should come straight in. Registration is between 8.45am and 8.55am. Classroom doors close at 8.55am and children that arrive on site after this time should go straight to the school office where they will need to be signed in and recorded as late.
If your child is not able to attend school for any reason, please contact the school on 01234 352062 by 9.30am to discuss this with a member of our administration team. Emails and messages sent through the My Child at School app are not accepted for reporting school absence and will not be authorised.
Please make medical and other appointments outside of the school day where possible.
Bedford Catholic Schools has a policy of not authorising holidays during term time. Penalty notices are issued where attendance is below national standards or 5 or more days is taken. Applications for leave of absence should be made to the Headteacher in writing. Please ask the school office for advice about this.
